1. The program
Moply Notifications sends service text messages to customers and team members of the cleaning companies that use Moply. Messages are sent by Moply on behalf of the cleaning company you work with and identify that company. The program is operated by ZUNNO WEB DESIGN LTDA.
2. What you will receive
- A cleaning was scheduled, moved to a new day or time, or cancelled.
- Your crew is on the way, started or finished the cleaning.
- Your quote or invoice is ready, and reminders for invoices past due.
- Your invitation to the customer portal or to your company’s Moply account.
- Verification codes you request, for example to reset your password.
These are service messages only; we do not send marketing text messages.
3. How you opt in
You agree to receive these messages when you give your mobile number to your cleaning company and consent to service texts, or when you turn on “Updates by text message” in the Moply customer portal (Settings → Notifications). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers can turn text messages on or off in the portal at any time.
4. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your cleaning schedule, usually a few messages per cleaning. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
5. Stop and help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- “Sparkle Cleaning: your cleaning at Johnson Home is scheduled for Tue, Oct 6 at 9:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Sparkle Cleaning: your team is on the way to Johnson Home. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Sparkle Cleaning: invoice INV-0042 for $180.00 is ready. See it here: https://my.moply.app/i/… Reply STOP to opt out.”
7. Carriers
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
