Questions about plans
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial needs only your email. Add a card in Settings when you decide to keep Moply.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you added a card, your plan starts and nothing changes. If not, Moply asks for a card before you can keep working; your data stays where it is.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
No. Pay month to month, or yearly with 2 months free. Cancel anytime in Manage billing and everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Moving up charges only the difference for the rest of the period.
How does the Pro website work?
After your first payment, we talk about your business and build the website on your own domain. It goes live, with your corporate email, after your second payment. No setup fee.
Which languages does Moply speak?
English, Spanish and Portuguese. Each person picks theirs, and customers get messages in their own language.
